We grow several varieties of culinary garlic, selecting specifically for flavor and color that come out in cold mountain winters and warm summers. These include the Red Chesnok, the Zemo, Metechi, German Extra Hardy, Algio Rosso, and Elephant garlic. Garlic is available wholesale for groceries, chefs, small groceries, and individuals. Between July and February, we have wholesale garlic available for retail and seed for delivery in the Catskills, Albany, the Hudson Valley, and New York City.
